Almond Tree Strategic Consulting wants all our clients to be happy with the service we provide. If you have a complaint about our services we have published a complaints procedure to make sure you are heard.
If you wish to make a complaint (or pass on a compliment) about any of our work please contact our Complaints Coordinator:
Providing your complaint is raised with us within 3 months of the incident occurring, we will normally acknowledge your complaint within 14 days and respond to you with the outcome of any necessary investigation within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
If you are a member of the public wanting to complain about any of our fundraising services you can also register your complaint with the new Fundraising Regulator.
