We aim to provide a professional, high-quality service at all times. However, if something hasn’t met your expectations – or if you’d like to share positive feedback – we’d like to hear from you.
Please contact us to raise a complaint or pass on a compliment about any aspect of our work.
If your complaint is made within three months of the incident, we will:
Acknowledge your message within 14 days, and
Provide a full response within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
If you are a member of the public wishing to raise a concern about our fundraising services, you can also register your complaint with the Fundraising Regulator. Their complaints procedure is available here.
