Our new website - built around the challenges charities face

When you’re involved with a charity, CIC or community organisation, you’re usually in it because you care – about people, places and causes that matter. That shared purpose is a real strength.

Behind the scenes, organisations need strong foundations: good governance, clear strategy, resilient funding, effective people-processes, sound finances, meaningful evaluation and, of course, compliance. Often, the challenge isn’t a lack of commitment or ideas. It’s finding the time, clarity and trusted support to make good decisions and put practical improvements in place.

That’s why we’ve refreshed the Almond Tree Consulting website.

The new site is designed to help you quickly find the right support, understand what working together looks like and take the next step. It also makes it easier to access the insights many people come back for time and again through our blog – sharing best practice, sector updates and practical guidance that can help you stay compliant, reduce risk and keep your focus where it belongs: on delivering your mission.

At its heart, the refresh is about clarity: a more modern ‘shop window’ for people who don’t know us yet, and a more accessible guide for existing contacts to understand the support available. We hope it will be a useful home for insight, reassurance and practical next steps – whenever you need them.

Most importantly, it reflects how we work: calm, clear and hands-on: grounded in deep sector experience built through supporting hundreds of charities, CICs and non-profits. No off-the-shelf templates. No jargon. Just practical, values-led consultancy that helps you lighten the load, make sense of complexity and move forward with confidence – so your organisation runs better and your impact can grow.
